我开始重新理解「做 IP」这件事
我之前一直觉得, 做 IP 最重要的是定位、选题和文案。
但最近我越来越觉得, 只停在这些层面,其实不够。
最近重新搭一套体系, 希望用更数据化的方式去理解目标人群, 梳理自己的知识结构, 再反过来优化整体的创作逻辑。
在我看来, 做 IP 本质上是一个 长期思考、内化、输出、迭代的闭环, 而不是无脑发内容、 等待爆款出现。
I’m rethinking what it actually means to build a personal brand
I used to think building a personal brand was mostly about positioning, topics, and copy.
Lately, I’ve realized that stopping there just isn’t enough.
So I’ve been rebuilding my whole system — using data to better understand the audience, organizing my own knowledge, and then feeding all of that back into how I create and decide what to publish.
To me, a personal brand isn’t about chasing posts that blow up. It’s a long-term loop: thinking, internalizing, publishing, iterating.
Not posting blindly and hoping something hits.
